GCM is an ITIL complaint tool to process the change activities on the products and services offered to our customers. Self service application exposed to customers and business users to effectively perform the service management activities.  GCM is a portal application built over the advanced JSF components interacts with multiple subsystems like inventory, ticketing and billing systems. GCM is one of the most awaited applications in the Enterprise world to perform the change activities on the various services offered to our customers.
