Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as Global Billing Programme Manager  will involve:

• Visiting and interacting with customers; ensuring that predefined billing expectations and requirements are being met.

• Cross functional interaction with the Sales Team – working as part of the overall Account team, interacting with the customers Senior Vendor/ Sourcing Management.

• Managing weekly billing review meetings with the customer and developing clean and accurate billing flows for the assigned customer base.•

• Supporting revenue retention for the customer and maintaining a thorough understanding of products and services offered by Verizon Business.

• Working to develop a thorough knowledge of complex customer contracts and billing applications.

• Acting as second level support for accounts receivable issues and ensuring that customers receive appropriate financial reporting.

• Developing and managing an action register for each assigned customer.

• Providing budget control and reporting for Projects related to each assigned customer.  Ensuring billing processes are followed and Project generated revenue is fully realised.

• Leading billing initiatives and driving through process changes and/or improvements.

• Work in a positive and collaborative manner with the account Commercial Manager, Sales Director and the Complex Delivery Manager to ensure required outcomes are met 

Qualifications

• Proven customer service or support experience

• Billing experience, strong financial background, credit control.

• Computer skills to include knowledge of Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, database software and internet navigation

• A background in telecommunication technologies or an industry-related field desirable
