This position will be responsible for but not limited to auditing of Purchasing Card statements for multiple business groups, logging statements received in the approvals log, and assisting internal customers with statement related issues. Responsible for following and applying company policies and procedures to job function. Work closely with internal customers to resolve Purchasing Card related issues.  Maintain audit and turnaround standards set by management.

- 2 – 3 years accounts payable experience

- Associate Degree in Finance or equivalent work experience

- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment

- Detail oriented and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

- Good verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with internal customers

- Good time management skills and the ability to work independently

- Excellent data entry skills

- Good analytical and reconciliation skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals

- Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable systems, preferably SAP and PeopleSoft

- Demonstrated experience serving internal and external customers/suppliers

- Works well in a team environment

- Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and systems

- Familiarity with quality tools and principles

- Fundamental knowledge of desktop software packages designated as necessary to do the job
