Singl.eView experience is mandatory for the position

Drive timely completion of most complex testing projects in the VES billing pipeline fairly independently and the ability to anticipate potential trouble-spots and financial impact of delays. Possess depth of experience in testing related technologies such as QTP, VB Script, Perl, Unix, Oracle, QC, test metrics and work with the cross functional automation teams in setting up and driving automation objectives for Prime biller / PBEE applications. Proven skills in developing and measuring testing efficiency processes.

 

Exhibits expert knowledge and proficiency in Single view suite of applications, work with cross functional teams such as Dev/RAD/Business and actively contribute in the key delivery programs such as E2EI, systems consolidation. Apply expert knowledge in driving PVR testing; develop processes in place to reduce the issues in PVR and production that will have long-lasting positive effects on the business. Supplement the management team with quantified analysis of testing processes and results.

 

 

Acts as primary point of contact for any technical issue on the assigned work interacts with onshore teams (Business/ IT) to understand system requirements and co-relate with business scope. Responsible for all technical solution for a given project or a module. Mentors team on application and technology and is aware of team's strengths and weaknesses. Create WBS and maps to team members. Applies various learning experiences (by looking beyond symptoms to uncover underlying causes of problems and identifying ways to resolve them. Responds to technical questions and provides support/ assistance to resolution. Develops detailed small to medium-sized project plans for small groups or technology projects by applying working knowledge of resource requirements (i.e., estimation of time, access rights, etc.)

 

Articulates thoughts with clarity and conviction, offering several logical arguments to gain acceptance of an idea or solution in a positive manner. Embraces change by keeping an open mind to changing plans and incorporates change instructions into own and/or team's area of work. Supports daily coordination of activities with vendors through a basic understanding of the service level agreements. Provides constructive feedback to others and seeks continuous feedback on own performance to identify developmental opportunities for self and team members
