The ideal candidate must be able to work with multiple systems, communicate directly with internal and external customers at various organization levels, analyze and validate data, document processes and conduct various audits.  Collaborates with management and process stakeholders to drive root cause resolution for problematic data, researches defective records and defines resolution plans under management supervision, The ability to communicate promptly and effectively as well as negotiate significant dispute resolutions is critical for success.

Qualifications

Qualifications for Success:

  • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent major, preferred
  • 3.0 GPA or greater preferred
  • The ability to effectively communicate and maintain close working relationships with various clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, High standard of personal performance, independent thinker, works effectively in dynamic, fast-moving, constantly changing environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated skills for business success, including project management, problem-solving, and the ability to diagnose and meet business demands
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
  • High Proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous related internship/work experience preferred
