This role will be responsible for creating a successful sales team focusing primary on local enterprises as well as supporting MNCs where Verizon has direct relationship overseas. You will establish solid sales strategy for all existing and accounts so as to identify new sources of revenue and sales opportunities. You will also identify new major accounts within market segments to develop business relationships.

 

 Using sales management and tools (pipeline management, forecasting, revenue commitment, gap analysis etc) you will mentor your team to create winning strategy for existing and new accounts so as to maximize revenue stream.

 

 You will be responsible for driving transformation in the sales team from a silo’ed sales model towards industry aligned through solution sales and utilizing Verizon’s full portfolio of network, ITS, communications, security, and mobility solutions.

 

 When necessary, you will recruit, train and motivate sales professionals to achieve sales targets, and monitor and control sales targets and KPIs and take any corrective actions

 

 You will also be responsible to provide and monitor accurate and comprehensive monthly reports

Qualifications

  • 15 to 20 years experience in IT industry direct sales with strong experience in MNCs
  • Strong connections within Hong Kong enterprise customers
  • Full understanding of Hong Kong partner ecosystem
  • Experienced in consulting with CXO level executives within  customer base
  • Solid staff management experience with the ability to drive strategy and provide solid direction to team member
  • Ability to ensure that the structure of the sales team is correctly positioned to meet the sales objectives
  • Excellent understanding and execution of Sales Management including forecasting, gap/fit analysis etc.
  • Highly developed communication (both verbal & written), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Able to coach and motivate members in his team
  • Successful track record
