Networkfleet, Inc. is currently seeking a Performance Engineer to support the production, development, and disaster recovery software environments.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Focus on procedures and methodologies to minimize customer facing impacts.
  • Implement and utilize application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics.
  • Support core software responsible for running customer facing application.
  • Proactively monitor system and application trending.
  • Weblogic administration including new installations, patching and tuning.
  • Follow up on customer facing outages to determine root cause.
  • Maintain and enhance on-call procedures.
  • Support and expand the development operations toolset, including Jira, Nexus, Fisheye, Confluence, Teamcity.
  • Work as a productive member of a team.
  •  Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings.




  • 4-6 years of experience with running the operations of a production customer facing software environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with performance tools such as AppDynamics.
  • Knowledge and experience with log analysis tools such as Splunk.
  • Knowledge and experience with Hobbit, Cacti, or similar monitoring technologies.
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills.
  • Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.



Bachelors degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent.
