As an Enterprise Solutions Account Director for Verizon Enterprise Solutions you’ll be an integral part of a globally connected solutions company. Your work will touch lives with innovative technology that brings voice, video and data, and a next-generation IP network to businesses and individuals around the world.

 

Your  knowledge of  our industry  and understanding of competitor offerings will enable you to generate and exceed your sales and revenue targets, offering you recognition at the most senior levels of our business. Based from our office in Reading, we have flexibility to work remotely – either from home or at client sites, for which some travel might be required.

 

Qualifications

  

As an Account Director your responsibilities will involve:

  • Identifying and shaping business issues and strategies to drive overall solution definition and specification, utilising and co-ordinating all specialist resources as needed
  • Ensuring promotion of key messages, engagement of supporting functions, competitor analysis and market positioning and raising the level of technological awareness within the sales teams
  • Identifying and monitoring weaknesses in the key products and in their competitive position in the market and to feedback to the Product Team
  • Raising awareness and promoting key messages through campaigns, incentives, workshops and road shows

 

Your business acumen will enable you to track revenues, profitability and return on investment whilst managing third party suppliers. Your experience of working in a matrix organisation alongside your ability to communicate a vision and articulate the steps necessary to achieve it will guarantee your success in this role.
