Position Responsibilities * Client Relationship Management * Develop statements of work for complex engagements * Serve as a trusted advisor, articulating business issues and solutions in written and oral format * Manage the client relationship through on-boarding and implementation * Business Process Advisory * Oversee requirements gathering and provide guidance to a team of Senior Consultants regarding the alignment of customer needs to media centric capabilities, products, and services * Review and approve customer requirements during the on-boarding phase and on an ongoing basis (e.g., customer request for system or workflow change) * Manage the customer relationship through workflow definition and suggest improvements to the workflows which would better integrate the customer with Verizon platforms * Data and Systems Integration * Serve as a technology resource as the team navigates each customer’s content management systems and provide input into integration design as needed * Support the definition of metadata mapping and standards as a subject matter resource * Define customer media configurations and formats * Technical Configuration Management * Review and approve technical specifications and any encryption, security or asset storage standards exceptions * Manage the relationship with multiple internal organizations to support provisioning requests * Define configuration of media centric applications (e.g., content transformation standards, asset inventory specifications, etc.) * Lead a team of product and service experts at multiple consultant levels; proactively identify learning opportunities for this team such that knowledge of products and services is constantly maintained * Oversee professional services team, assign/schedule resources for requirements gathering, providing post sale support and providing ongoing technical support


 Client Relationship Management * Minimum of 8 years consulting experience, including 5+ years in the media and entertainment industry * Extensive professional consulting and management experience with enterprise information services - Business Process Advisory * 5 - 8 years project management experience, specifically schedule and budget management as well as issue/risk management * Experience leading customer system or software implementation and service delivery * Experience working with the variety of stakeholders in the digital media industry (e.g., content creators, digital media retailers and advertisers) - Data and Systems Integration and Technical Configuration Management * 5 - 8 years systems implementation experience * 5+ years media experience, specifically production, post-production and distribution workflow and strong knowledge of digital media transport and delivery methods * Working knowledge of media metadata management and standards (e.g., ADI 3.0) * Data conversion and mapping experience, extraction, transform, load (ETL) preferred * Familiarity with/experience working with a variety of video file formats * Familiarity with video transformation tools preferred (e.g., video editing, transcoding, digital asset management and catalog management)
