Online Self Service Portal is looking for strong leadership to drive the Self-service Usability, Customer experience, drive adoption, track metrics and improve performance.   Should take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for the project, take ownership and drive from VDSI, participate and ensure business requirements and system requirements are captured, estimate and scope for a project; schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status; manage project risks; ensure successful delivery and implementation; take complete ownership of project with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings.


Knowledge and Skills required:

Should possess Good Communication Skills

Should bring in positive energy and be a highly motivating and inspiring leader.

Should have strong knowledge in J2EE  and Oracle Pl/SQL.

Knowledge of Architecture frameworks and design principles; Ability to comprehend & manage technology

Strong Project Management fundamentals . Project life cycles on both development & maintenance projects, Estimation methodologies, Quality processes etc

Basic domain knowledge on Telecom in order to understand the business requirements / functionality∙   

Project management skills, ability to handle  ambiguity, ability to handle multiple / diverse stakeholders, Usage of Project Management tools like MS project.

Last but not least, should have Good Presentation skills



Educational Qualification :   Degree in Engineering  & MBA

 Experience:            8 to 12 years
