The responsibilities for this specific position include, but are not limited to:

  • Omni Systems Operations – Identify and coordinate efforts in support of our Enterprise Release Schedule ensuring that the business and IT are meeting key milestone dates
  • Possess and apply an understanding of the data and interaction among multiple components of the Omni-channel systems infrastructure
  • Support, communicate, adjust and implement process changes as necessary to enable flawless execution of the ATG Catalog governance process.
  • Proactively identify Omni Channel impacts to the channel leads & engage team and align resources as needed to support requirements & implementation.
  • Document technical and functional requirements and design recommendations for enhancements impacting the Omni Channel systems
  • Maintain initiatives that transcend the sales operations organization to ensure appropriate participation and delivery from parties in other organizations that are outside of the normal organizational span of control.
  • Partner with business project sponsors to assist in their documentation of requirements that impact Sales Systems
  • Maintain a strong partnership with POS IT ensuring delivery of projects meets business need and documented approach agreements – calling out variances, impacts to our sales channels & customer experience, offering recommendations and/or escalating as needed
  • Develop and provide subject matter expertise on the impacts to the customer experience (internal/external) as it relates to Omni Channel Systems and/or Product Catalog
  • Participate with direction in customer communication and interaction with the ATG capabilities/functionality and product catalog for a seamless OMNI-Channel experience in all Verizon Wireless applications.
  • Lead and run effective cross-departmental meetings effectively and efficiently.
  • Lead the Omni-channel POS Operations Support team with a balanced approach across the current distribution channel structure.
  • Communicate change and effectively lead others through it and new strategic initiatives
  • Participate in coordination of Business and IT application teams to insure pricing, strategy, device, and product initiatives are implemented in a timely and quality approach in the ATG capabilities/functionality and product catalog


  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years related experience in System requirements, design, support, and system-enhancement-focused project management  or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of POS applications, their operations and use
  • Retail Operations or related support experience
  • Thorough understanding of VzW Programs, Products, Policies, and Procedures
  • Solid knowledge of customer-facing applications
  • Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and flex with changing business needs
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices and methods
  • Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to execute on assignments independently
  • Prior experience in creation/setup of pricing data in  Billing/CPI or for Self-Service channels is a plus
