This function focuses on the detailed support of manual and non-standard contract terms for predominately Wholesale customers. This individual must be highly self-motivated and operate independently as well as possess the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Provides billing support of all non-standard and manual tasks for assigned Wholesale customers
  • Completes analysis and work resulting in journal entries and required tracking.
  • Responsible for meeting target dates for resolution of issues
  • Researches and resolves requests received through trouble management system
  • Researches issues and requests received from other groups
  • Writes and updates procedures for their own customers


  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Adept analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to work with little supervision and use good judgment
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, with have strong time management skills
  • Ability to drive issues with other groups through to resolution
  • Must be able to identify and escalate potential issues appropriately with proactive preparation of contingency plans
  • Strong, thorough knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel
  • Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible
  • Ability to read and understand contracts and invoices
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry preferred, but not required
