In Verizon, we are searching for a dedicated strategic advisor to sales management. You will provide business intelligence and decision support to sales for the achievement of corporate objectives. This role works in close business partnership with the Regional Strategist and Area Vice President. You will have the opportunity to participate in Annual budgeting exercise, target adjustment process, Operations Review, provide varies reports, analysis and recommendations to the senior sales leadership.

  • Support the Sales and Revenue Quota setting processes for the Retail Sales organization
  • Work with Area Vice President, Regional Strategic Account Executive and Sales Managers to develop the annual budget by applying a top-down and bottoms up approach to planning.
  • Coordinate and manage the quarterly target adjustment process and over-assignment process by providing appropriate recommendations to the Area Vice President.


  • Provide timely and meaningful Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and commentaries to  sales management
  • Support revenue forecast process
  • Provide timely sales and revenue forecast information to Sales for the tracking of key performance metrics.


  • Provide timely and meaningful variance and trend analysis on the key performance metrics of the AVP, Sales Managers and Account Managers.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on key drivers of business, like sales and revenue performance, sales productivity, customers and product performances, to improve business performance.
  • Coordinating and generate the presentation decks  for the quarterly Business Operations Reviews


Business Partnering:

  • Facilitate regular review with Sales Management on key financial performance, trending and abnormalities, identify key drivers and issues
  • Attend regular meetings with sales management
  • Participate in Deal Lifecycle Management calls
  • Build relationship and collaborate with counterparts in US and EMEA other regions to improve alignment in targets setting.


  • Maintain and improve the quality of APAC Retail Sales segmentation data
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis / presentations to management as required
  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver business improvements.



  • Degree in Finance or related discipline with CPA or equivalent
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills and a logical approach to problem solving
  • Experience in budget and target setting processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with specific focus on sales, pipeline and forecast analysis would be an advantage.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build support at a Senior sales management level
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to have strong relationship building skills to work with internal customers at all levels.
