Responsibilities

  • TS/SCI
  • Seasoned Windows desktop support professional experienced with Microsoft Office 365
    and its integration in Windows 7 and Windows 8 environments to support
    Microsoft Office 365 configuration and troubleshooting of Windows/MS Office
    clients.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 in
    the cloud.
  • Will ensure seamless connectivity with Microsoft Office 365 Services such
    as SharePoint Online, Lync Online and Exchange Online.
  • Will be responsible for handling 1st & 2nd level support calls on Enterprise-wide Microsoft Office 365 environment and consult as technical experts on enterprise wide SharePoint
    governance and support.

Qualifications

-  Assist users in the configuration and management their desktop
environments and application settings
- Training and assistance in Office 365 general office automation tasks
and applications such as:
- Document collaboration
- Email, calendar, and IM support
- Team site administration support and training
- Graphic design experience and web site design skills
- Must have experience working with users with limited technical capabilities
whose support and training may require video conferencing.
- Must be able to work successfully in a demanding environment with short
deadlines
