Consumer & Mass Business sets the bar for revolutionizing home entertainment and advancing productivity across businesses large and small. Centered on America’s Fastest, Most Consistent and Most Reliable 100% Fiber Optic network, Consumer & Mass Business is enabling people to create powerfully different experiences that would otherwise be impossible.  Verizon Internships with the Consumer and Mass Business team will offer you the opportunity to be involved in meaningful work/projects; be exposed to daily operations; attend informational sessions; participate in networking activities with other interns, professionals, and business leaders. Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver programs to provide best in class customer service
  • Assess employee development needs, identify opportunities, and work with the management team to implement effective development strategies
  • Create an environment that fosters employee engagement and high morale

 

Qualifications

 Qualifications for Success:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program for Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or equivalent major
  • Currently enrolled in a full time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship
  • 3.0 GPA or greater preferred
  • Outstanding communication, leadership and motivational skills
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
