Responsible for identifying customer and revenue impacting issues and subsequently leading cross-functional teams to resolve the issues. These solutions require in-depth understanding of both IT and Network systems.

Technical competency is required to troubleshoot issues by taking into account tangible conditions including network expansions or new pricing offerings, as well as intangible conditions like customer roaming patterns in particular locations or inclement weather.  Ability to think abstractly and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and relationships. Develop and run queries to determine root cause and quantify impact.  This requires knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access and other database experience.

Business competency is required to understand comprehensive impact and priority.  Consider tangible processes that might have cause and effect, upstream and downstream.  Understand Financial and Accounting principles to determine accounting and legally sensitive issues.

Responsible for analysis of approach and testing of changes impacting usage reconciles for all enterprise VZW applications.  Review technical design document, provide feedback, and communicate changes to the functional groups.  Develop risk assessment and project plan, and present the required adjustments to senior management.

Focus is on continual process improvement through reinvention and challenging status quo.  As the wireless business is constantly changing, will train and retrain as required to identify new control processes, to retire obsolete processes, and to adapt quickly.

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to implement enterprise-wide, standardized reconciliation and macro data trending processes to ensure accuracy of subscriber rating and billing, and to streamline usage processing within the IT infrastructure. 

Responsible for creating and continually monitoring business rules.
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to implement new usage reconciles required for new network elements, new vendors, and new services.  Responsible for creating a strategic plan and managing the end-to-end implementation, including UAT and launch.

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to enhance daily process improvement of usage reconciliations.  Collaborate with other Revenue Assurance teams to develop best practices.  Strategize with IT to maximize process efficiency and effectiveness.

Perform dynamic audits of usage alarms, determine action, prioritize workload and subsequently document resolutions in a timely manner according to Sarbanes Oxley and revenue assurance business requirements.




• Bachelors degree

 • Minimum 3 years Revenue Assurance experience or other relevant experience required (wireless experience preferred)
• SQL knowledge required

• Extensive aptitude for analytical, quantitative, and proactive thinking
• Proven ability to grasp the concepts of technical aspects of the design and functions of billing systems and usage transport systems
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement effective test cases for complete network, rating and billing system integrity in periods of continued change.
