This Sr. Analyst position will manage various initiatives to champion, develop, manage and drive key relationships that are critical to the success of the Supply Chain organization. This position works with cross functional teams and will take on the role of project lead when necessary, with minimal guidance. This position will also be responsible real estate support and work space planning across Supply Chain Services; independently work with real estate in support of all transformation plans; and manage the SCS mobility program with a target enrollment; analyze and monitor program for annual improvements and modifications.

The candidate will create professional style power point presentations; support staffing functions, coordinate reports in support of the Supply Chain organization, and will be responsible for supporting our college relations and sponsorships. This position will simultaneously lead long term projects in addition to urgent immediate demands pertaining to various Supply Chain strategic initiatives. Candidate must also demonstrate the ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between the manager and SCS leadership and other constituencies, both internal and external, such as HR, Legal, Real estate, Logistics.

The ideal candidate is highly-motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic, and possesses strong oral and written communication skills and proven presentation skills. They must enjoy working in a collaborative, high-pressure, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment, bring the skills necessary to collaborate and work alongside a wide-range of different individuals, and be goal and objective oriented.


  • 6 years of Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Operations experience
