The Principal Member of Technical Staff (PMTS) – Network Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of Consumer and Enterprise Marketing new product and service deployments. The candidate will work with all organizations within Network (HQ Planning, PDI, NNO, ME, Device Evolution and the Regions) as well as IT, Marketing, and Revenue Assurance.

Position will develop and execute comprehensive project plans, coordinate multiple teams, manage risk, and present initiatives to executive leadership. The candidate will effectively direct deployment activities for the integration and commercial success of new products and services. This includes: initiating goals, creating timelines and direction, aligning people, having determination, willingness to take action and follow through.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.


  • Experience in leadership roles in technology management
  • 5+ years experience in Wireless technologies
  • 3+ years experience managing large cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • PMI or Project Management certification or Advance degree preferred
  • Experience using the Clarity Software Application, Visio and Microsoft Project preferred
  • Expertise using the full suite of Microsoft Office
