This position is responsible for reporting and analytics to support the Human Resources team and leaders. Success is measured by the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of information and insights generated to support decision making and drive action, as well as progress on projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR Analytics function.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor and track progress against KPIs and support data-driven decision making
  • Utilize and learn a variety of reporting tools and software; develop queries to generate reports and/or gather data from multiple sources
  • Act as the main point-of-contact and subject matter expert for national level HR reporting  for the HR team; advise in defining requirements, provide guidance to ensure consistency and recommend data sources and report generation alternatives to ensure optimal delivery
  • Consistently investigate methods of improving and/or increasing automation of reporting process; document and standardize procedures for metrics and reporting
  • Establish strong relationships and participate on cross-functional teams to drive initiatives to improve and enhance the capabilities of the reporting and analytics function (support development, testing, piloting, and implementation of reports, tools, and systems)
  • Synthesize large amounts of cross functional data, examine and identify key trends, and present relevant findings in clear, succinct reports to stakeholders and demonstrate implication of the findings to the business
  • Conduct statistical analyses to test and validate hypotheses to make data-driven decisions and predictions
  • Support external and internal research and benchmarking efforts
  • Support special projects to support national operations and enterprise strategies



  • Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field highly preferred.  BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Statistical Management, Mathematics, or MIS/Computer Science will be considered.
  • HR background and experience preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in reporting and data analysis
  • 2-3 years of project management experience
  • Ability to work effectively under tight time constraints and deliver accurate results
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision and effectively manage priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision‐making skills
  • High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, and quality of work
