Analyzes and audits credit controls to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and financial performance. Recommends repair controls that are not functioning as intended, and enhances existing controls that address deficiencies in the strategy.

  • Analyzes and audits deposits and refunds.    
  • Conducts ongoing operational audits to insure compliance to internal compliance.
  • Reports audit results to management and recommends changes in process or financial controls. Prepares detailed reports on findings.
  • Performs routine checks for system integrity, accuracy, performance, and functionality which includes but is not limited to: adherence to internal credit controls.  
  • Attends Go to Market calls to analyze new products and services for gaps and deficiencies.  
  • Communicates timely and accurate information regarding system functionality, control gaps and planned enhancements that would impact the credit call center volumes.  
  • Accountable for establishing a strong working relationship with IT partners for strategy enhancements, new strategies loaded into production, issues resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with key internal customers.
  • Handles and resolve disputes, complaints and escalated matters related to credit / deposits / usage for all channels including but not limited to direct and in directs.
  • Will be the single conduit between CFS and Retail Sales concerning any and all credit screening matters. 

Qualifications

  • Excellent written/oral communication and collaboration skills
    excellent listening, comprehension and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated use of Microsoft Excel./Word/PowerPoint
  • Call center and escalation management experience
  • Experience in auditing business strategies
  • Ability to adapt easily to change and work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Auditing experience
