Implementation champion with responsibility for on-going deployment and production support of SAP Identity Management (IdM) instance within Verizon Wireline convergence project. Integration with existing production landscape and extension into a second production landscape utilizing an ABAP Central User Administration (CUA) approach.
Installation of IdM systems/database, integration with production and non-production SAP systems, integration with other non-SAP systems as directed.
In-depth knowledge of the SAP NetWeaver IdM 7.2 application, including ability to implement and configure the MMC, identity store, privileges, and business roles and other SAP IdM concepts. Configuring the Identity store per Verizon requirements to allow for provisioning and de-provisioning of users, groups, and roles and privileges. Responsible for
Periodic access reviews and the auditability of operations within IdM
Deployment of reporting
Monitoring and trouble-shooting of the IdM application
Demonstrated engagement and involvement within successful IdM deployments highly valued.
Provide architectural guidance and best practices on IdM 7.2 application, SAP CUA and other NetWeaver modules as they relate to IdM.
Architect work flows and processes related to provisioning/de-provisioning of users, groups, and roles within SAP ECC and other SAP NetWeaver applications.
Responsible for delivery of training and operational procedures and responsibilities for IdM Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations
Experience in SAP NetWeaver Security and Information technology experience, including experience working in Java, with a core background in SAP (ECC/SRM/CRM/BI/BW) Security preferred.
Solid management and communication skills and operation within a team framework in a business critical BAU environment.
Self-starter, capable of working independently to move the implementation effort forward working with Basis, Security, and other project team resources, with regular communication to SAP Security and Project team management.
