The Role:

This Talent Acquisition “problem solver” will work independently or with matrixed teams to program manage operational initiatives and projects within the Talent Acquisition organization. Aspects of the role include the planning, execution on time, within budget, and within scope.  This will involve driving moderately complex projects and/or components of larger projects.  This may include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors (or consultants) in order to deliver according to plan.


Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and partner with the TA leadership, to address operational/process issues and clearly define potential solutions or desired “future state” outcomes  
  • Manage small to mid-size in/direct project teams in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Gather project requirements, define scope, understand dependencies, identify resources and schedule deliverables as part of an effective workplan
  • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, including attainment of project milestones and meeting control gates
  • Establish schedules, monitor milestones, and provide standardized progress reports
  • Provide executive level updates of the operations and projects on a regular basis. Foresee and mitigate risks and be accountable for the project's success. 
  • Manage multiple and concurrent tasks/processes/projects
  • Prepare PowerPoint briefings for various strategy, ops review, and planning sessions
  • Serve as a champion of the disciplined project approach and regularly communicate the benefits to colleagues


 Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related degree; MBA Preferred; relevant experience
  • at least 4 years’ experience in Project/Program Management, HR related background preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficiency in project management systems such as MS Visio or Project, etc
  • Strong analytic, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A track record of successful management of complex projects
  • Experience leading in/direct project teams
  • Competitive personality and relentless work ethic
