Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the development and execution of the headquarters marketing department training plan and the Powerful Answers program

Headquarters Marketing Training Plan Management

  • Manages external agency relationships in support of industry benchmarking and custom course development
  • Partners with internal workforce development team to understand enterprise wide training objectives and existing resources
  • Develops gap analysis to identify where new course development is required and works with vendors and workforce development to fill gaps
  • Prepares recommendations for the leadership team on target training for the department based on level, subject matter, work scope, etc.
  • Works with the leadership team to drive training compliance

Powerful Answers – Program Management

  • Develops advanced and customized reporting tools to assess KPI and SLA performance
  • Develops methods and procedures and exercises control over assigned resources to drive program results
  • Serves as single point of contact for marketing back into the enterprise-wide program team
  • Develops strategies to stimulate marketing idea submissions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years project/program management
  • Solid understanding of marketing functions and industry dynamics
  • Budget management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable results
  • Experience in creating and implementing effective communication plans
  • Expert level Microsoft Office application skills (i.e. PPT, Excel)
  • Strong business accumen and critical thinking ability
