Manage PC and server base Image for Bill to Cash operations; monitor and remediate all desktop and server security compliance issues; SPOC for all IT and data security compliance and updates for desktop and server platforms in Bill to Cash; project manage all hardware/software upgrades and/or replacements in Bill to Cash.  Manage all PC/server inventories and replacement.  Manage Contract with IT for funded support positions.  Provide Server and Desktop solutions as required.  Provides project or technical support in the development, analysis and maintenance of systems, software, processes, products or equipment. Assignments may involve more difficult issues; therefore uses experience, expertise and skills to solve problems that are more difficult but infrequent.



4+ years of relevant work experience.  Strong technical and analytical skills
PC and desktop applications competency (e.g., Microsoft Office, e-mail, etc.)
Strong business knowledge
In-depth knowledge of information systems concepts
Strong knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated decision-making and leadership abilities
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Server instalation, maintenance, repair and support.
