Under relatively close supervision, this position performs routine, highly transactional tasks, simple analytical assignments and prepares routine reports as an Individual Contributor. The majority of the functions performed will be to support the supervisor or manager of the related sub‐process and senior level professionals with the daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly processes. This position will also support the company’s efforts to comply with the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley.

  • Assists in the documentation of simple projects under direct supervision.
  • Inputs and maintains records of routine CACS/STRATA System changes.
  • Assists in the preparation of strategy performance and system diagnostic reporting.
  • Assists in the analysis and interpretation of our performance and diagnostic reports for use by management, as required.
  • Provides support on complex processes or issues to the assigned team and work stream.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and controls, and with external regulations.
  • Participates in user acceptance testing activities associated with new or modified systems.
  • Compares CACS/STRATA system outputs against forecasted targets verifying for accuracy and resolves discrepancies.
  • Fields issue escalations from internal customers and responds to customer inquiries as requested, ensuring issue and error resolution.


Education guidelines

Requires BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Required skills & experience

  • 2+ years of professional experience in reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Access, and VISIO; strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Proven aptitude for system troubleshooting, process documentation

Desired skills & experience

  • Professional certification (e.g. SQL, Java).
  • Experience in data mining using SQL.
  • Experience in the preparation of system requirements and/or approach documentation.
  • Experience in macro development.
  • Intermediate experience with CFS Collections systems (e.g. CACS, CAS, Strata).
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in reporting and analysis
