Responsibilities

 

  • This position is needed in the In-Drive business unit's new organizational structure in order to provide a working level contact for the Service Delivery Organization.
  • This person drives the development of program services & business process through the PMO. He/she monitors operations performance and drives issue resolution as needed. In addition, this person is the primary interface to the client/partner program management team. Lastly, this person manages prospective client/partner demo programs.
  • Drive programs through the PMO: Be the primary interface to Program Management Office and IT Organization. Create and maintain the business line development plan and schedule. Ensure that all BU deliverables are provided on-time and complete (to the “factory”). Monitor PMO activity and ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to schedule.
  • Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed.  At a high level this includes IT & Systems availability, Customer Care and escalations, Sales Call Center and Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

 

  • Be the primary interface to client/partner program management team, which includes conducting regular VTI- Client/Partner program status reviews.
  • Manage prospective client/partner demo programs.
  • Work with Product Manager, Finance, and Sales & Marketing to create and optimize business model for all new products & Services.
  • This person will regularly analyze and make decisions or suggestions that directly impact a priority's timely execution.
  • VTI SDLC - This person will work with VTI PMO and the SDLC process to insure project plans are realistic and followed.
  • Client / Partner planning - This person will work with the client / partner peer to assess program deliverables and delivery team participants.
  • This person will receive a balanced level of both direct supervision and the ability to make decisions.
  • Direct Supervision - This person will need approval from the BLD before implementing a project plan or committing to a delivery timeline.
  • Decision Making - This person can work with general supervision when acting as the main point of contact with the PMO and working through delivery-related issues.
  • This person should be able to manage a project or program, as well as create project plans and timelines. Interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in stressful situations are pivotal communication skills. This role works very closely with PMO representatives and delivery team leads. A few examples include people leading IT or software development teams, call center trainers and managers, VTI PMO and client / partner PMO.

 Education:

  • Bachelors in related field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP Certification
  • MS Office,  MS Project, MS Visio, Detail-Focused, Cross-Functional Leadership, Strong Presentation Skills
