The Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely scheduling and management of projects in the Implementation and Quality Assurance (TTS) queue. The Governance IM is also responsible for providing periodic reports to management on current and forecasted projects and revenue projections. 

  • Receive all Sales Order and Internal Project Correspondence documents
  • Review all Sales Order and Internal Project Correspondence documents for accuracy
  • Create initial project framework in the work management system
  • Provide engineering teams with information necessary for completion of tasks upon request.
  • Perform additions and changes for information in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) related to specific projects.
  • Review and update documentation to ensure that changes are properly reflected in all document repositories.
  • Work with CMDB Librarian to ensure accuracy of existing records, and coordinate changes as needed.
  • Work with project team to plan, execute, and complete project tasks.
  • Perform investigations and provide reporting related to data inaccuracies in systems and documentation.
  • Manage special projects related to CMDB analysis and/or updates.


  • 2+ years of IT experience preferred.
  • Technical degree or certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to change and works well in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels.
  • Customer Service oriented, conflict management/resolution oriented, process oriented are required skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of project management and IT implementation functions.
