Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle of recruiting process
  • Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source qualified candidates through the effective use of strategic sourcing via creative resources; internet, social media, networking, pipelining, advertising, and job postings, etc.
  • Maintain candidate and job database via applicant tracking system
  • Manage expectations with hiring managers

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Must be polished and professional
  • Team player
  • Experience recruiting for Linux, internet infrastructure or core engineer roles a plus
