Responsibilities

Management of onsite/offsite stake holders which includes alignment of Governance, Security, Global Clearance Teams, On boarding, Environment setup, Access and Enhancements.

  • Team lead for offshore and onshore application teams on non project related items like time tracking, billing, invoicing, environment issues, and SOW/CRs.
  • Lead and track action items in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings
  • Responsible for ensuring the process of On boarding Offshore resources if followed by varied team Leads which includes access to required systems and coordinating with Support teams for firewall setups, Asset Management teams for software installs and maintenance.
  • Work with internal and interfacing teams for identifying data elements with security restrictions and ensure data masking is in place before exposing the functionalities to offshore teams.Reporting:
  • Create and publishes status reports to Sr.Leadership on the progress with Action Items, Project Status, Resource Allocation and Timesheets.

PM/BA:

Project Management and Business Analysis for small and medium scale projects.

  • Work with business partners on requirements and create approach /design documents.
  • Demonstrates strong application knowledge on Self Serve web application.
  • Manage projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget and quality goals.
  • Strong communication, organizational, PM/BA skills
  • Ability to work in a complex, multi tasking environment.
  • Highly motivated, deadline driven, team player, and Process oriented and strong adherence to standards and procedures..
  • Ability to analyze, proactively manage problems and recommend actions/decisions in SDLC
  • Ability to mentor and train others in the team / new hires.
  • Technical / Telecom/ Agile experience is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
4 + years IT experience; in a technical project manager role
Excellent knowledge of offshore management
Ability to track action items/tasks between onshore and offshore teams.
Strong skills to work with Security, Legal, Global and Governance teams.
Excellent knowledge of Project Management and SDLC of application soffware projects.
Excellent ability to analyze, proactively manage problems, and make decisions independently.
Excellent communication and leadership skills including managing teams and project deliverables.
Demonstrates ability to make and drive decisions that impact the business as it relates to Ecommerce, Self Service, site navigation, and user experience.
Strong unerstanding of web technology, development processes, and infrastructure including firewalls.
Ability to track and drive multiple projects independently
Demonstrates technical knowledge in API construction and verification methods.
Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of SDLC

PM Certification a plus, prior systems analyst job experience, knowledge of Java a plus
