Product manager for device-based services. Product Management responsibilities include: funnel/sales knowledge, daily support of sales inquiries for product knowledge, updates to collateral/documentation, and Chatter support. The Product Manager should be expected to understand processes for quoting, ordering, and billing to assist Product Development in creation of any new features and/or services. The role requires technical expertise in vendor capabilities (Cisco/Juniper/ADTRAN) and others (including the Management Architecture.)

Subject Matter Expert supporting migrations. Responsibilities include providing guidance to the TUI team on packaging and migration support.

Product Manager for Solution Creation with the Solutions Enablement team. Responsibilities include acting as subject matter expert to bring in new features/capabilities with the solutions organization.

Sales and funnel opportunity management and support. The Product Manager will be responsible for monitoring/tracking sales funnels and opportunities. They will be expected to support contract/SLA reviews and EBC/RFP reviews as necessary.


5-8 Years Product Management Experience (Lifecycle Management of Successful product or portfolio)
