This position is responsible for coordinating activities related to business requirements, user acceptance testing, and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications. The Senior Analyst, Collection System Support is responsible for facilitating the maintenance, support and enhancement of in-house applications (i.e. iCollect, TCMS, SBO, Extreme and MDAT).  This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices of quality assurance to guide his/her project to compliant solutions for mission-critical information and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensures that project plans proceed as scheduled and are enforced or modified, as needed.  Identifies resources and ensures deadlines are met. Provides regular updates to management on project and defect status and progress.
  2. Follow the Software Development Lifecycle and test software products in a timely manner per requirements provided by a variety of stakeholders.
  3. Initiate, review and approve requested system enhancements/changes delivered by IT development team.
  4. Adapt process to the circumstance to ensure timely changes (updates, new releases) to existing applications.
  5. Facilitate interaction between IT and other functional areas to maximize organizational effectiveness by providing deliverables and ensure compliance with internal policy and controls; and with external regulation.
  6. Contribute to training and course development as a subject matter expert in system changes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Production support: Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve system issues.
  • Communication: Effectively communicates using written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills. Has the ability to clearly present an idea or concept so others understand, lets others speak, and engages productively in difficult conversations while upholding ethical values.


Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university (i.e. Computer Science, Management Information Systems, and Business Information Systems) plus two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certification in Project Management, CISA, CPA or CISSP a plus but not required.
