The Inside Sales Representative must be able to gain entry into prospective accounts, quickly asses the opportunity within, and communicate high level relevant Verizon capabilities and value proposition. In some cases, the opportunities identified will warrant engagement of the account team and/or field-based resources for design, cultivation and closure. To be effective in this role, the ISR must understand the details of the product suite being sold, and how the customer’s investment will add value to the organization. Results will reflect a comprehensive understanding of the customers and Verizon capabilities as well as the demonstrated ability to sell.

The ISR will ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior is compliant with Verizon’s ethics code. As this is a position selling to Government and Education accounts, the Inside Sales Representative must understand, and ensure business is compliant with pertinent government regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree highly desired
  • Experience as an Inside sales Rep is a Plus
  • Experience in Telecommunications is a Plus
  • Microsoft Office. Word/Excel/ Outlook.
