In this role, the candidate will:

  • Work with IT and Project Managers to identify ongoing automation opportunities via OpenSpan technology.
  • Develop automation solutions using OpenSpan technology.
  • Work directly with new and existing customers to increase usage of electronic payment processing.
  • Support end to end testing of new customers.
  • Identify and resolve potential customer issues.
  • Initiate ongoing process changes to improve the overall quality of the operation.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Microsoft development or Microsoft application support role (.Net/C++, Visual Basic, SQL, MS Visual Studio)
  • Experience automating back end technical business processes a plus.

Exposure to billing/payment/collection systems desired
