In this role, the candidate will develop and document processes for refunds.  Handle customer escalations related to refunds.  Resolve issues for potentially unhappy customers.   Create and document methods and procedures for the Refunds and Credit Balance Review functions.  Initiate process changes to improve the quality of the operation.

 

Qualifications

5 years experience in the payment industry.  Good understanding of payment types (mail, ACH, EDI, Credit Card, etc) and the rules for each.  Understanding of the rules and options regarding payments. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
