Responsibilities

Provide office services including, but not limited to, maintenance, leasing, insurance, office supply and purchasing of suppliers.

- Responsible for security of Company’s property and assets.

- Handles phone calls

- Greets visitors

- Post, Package, Fax management

- Meeting room management

- Stationary order and management

- Access Card & Employee Card management

- Count every month expenses list (include air

Telephone fee, etc.)

- Performs miscellaneous administrative work.

- Other jobs arranged by supervisors

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Competencies: Good English communication skill
