Evaluate and select vendors in support of payment strategy; negotiate contracts; perform ongoing analysis of vendor performance; assure that penalties for missed SLAs are enforced; develop strategies and establish ongoing requirements for the vendors. Work with vendors to implement enhancements.
3-5 years experience in the payment industry or equivalent experience required. Understanding of payment types (mail, ACH, EDI, Credit Card, etc) and the rules for each.
Knowledge of payment systems and their interaction with Ordering, Billing, and Voice portals. Bachelor's degree preferred, Vendor Management experience preferred.
