o Provide guidance and expertise to IT during evaluation and correction steps for customer-impacting billing issues 
o Develop controls across all bill cycle processes to ensure all billing is executed as expected
o Drive improvements in billing processes; manage investigation of bill cycle issues
o Ensure that billing cycles process as expected and are received by the print center timely
o Project manage large billing issues to resolution, coordinating all impacted groups and systems
o Act as escalation point for investigation needed for balancing/trending team issues



  • BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Business or Computer Science disciplines or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4+ years of billing or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate issues across multiple teams in environment of constant change.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills; ability to investigate and determine root cause of issues
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives and project management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; strong organization skills.
  • Ability to act quickly and pragmatically under pressure to prioritize and resolve customer-impacting issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SQL coding.
