  • Manage team responsible for the production of monthly operational metrics for Revenue Assurance; Team will:
    • Develop and supply KPIs to VP metrics dashboard
    • Produce all detailed operational metrics for Revenue Assurance
    • Produce official monthly reporting on Billed Lines in Service (reported to Wall Street) for FiOS and HSI products
    • Manage SOX controls for billing – development, reporting, compliance
    • Oversee updates by SMEs to process documentation
  • Oversee and provide strategic direction for IT project development for systems owned by Revenue Assurance  - ~4-7 projects per year; Team will:
    • Develop business case benefits.
    • Write requirements document and work with IT to get scheduled.
    • Manage testing of upgrades with subject matter experts.
  • Drive resolution of trouble tickets opened by Revenue Assurance - ~300 per month; team will:
    • Hold cross-functional meetings with Revenue Assurance, IT and other teams to resolve open issues.
    • Ensure aged issues are being addressed and/or have a target close date
  • Manage 1st bill period and major releases for Revenue Assurance (18 releases per year)
    • Oversee go/no-go calls at the project level
    • Ensure all releases execute through the bill cycle process as expected
    • Prepare executive reporting package
  • Lead, train and motivate 13 direct/ indirect employees in support of the above functions.


  • BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Business disciplines or equivalent work experience required.
  • Master's in Finance, MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 6+ years of financial analysis experience with a strong supervisory background.
  • Proven management skills; ability to lead team in environment of constant change.
  • Ability to understand the processes driving the metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and IT project management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; strong organization skills.
  • Ability to successfully interface with various disciplines (finance, IT, marketing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
