o Support ~60 contractors/associates in centers that are working Revenue Assurance issues:
o Training on issue resolution, including detailed documentation of processes
o Methods and Procedures for ~450 different error fallout types
o Perform quality oversight of employees and contractors
o Interface with out-of-sync detection team to ensure understanding of issues that impact center personnel
o Provide performance metrics for employees and contractors
o Drive process improvements via continuous root cause investigation



  • BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or Computer Science disciplines or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2+ years of training and/or documentation experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills; ability to communicate issues clearly across multiple disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
