As a key stakeholder on this team, you can expect to made a contribution by:


  1. Leading cross-functional teams, identifying key deliverables that enable execution of a given programs and having accountability for driving teams to meet deliverables.
  2. Interfacing across working teams and executive leadership to build program plans, communication of  program status and problem-solving resolution of issues.  
  3. Integrating the components of complex projects so that they come together to meet deliverables while  identifying risks and issues as well as related mitigation strategies.  Our goals is to minimize risks or issues, and drive key stakeholders to agreement and action of an integrated plan.
  4. Using your influential skills with stakeholders to alter methods and deliverables when required to meet project charters.  Articulate comprehensive communication plans to senior leadership.


  • 10 years of Program/Project Management experience in areas directly tied to revenue generation. E.g. 1. Complex new product launches involving significant cross-functional dependencies such as Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, IT, Network... 2. Software development and launch
  • Current PMP certification, or expert understanding of and ability to follow structured project management principles and procedures
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to own and drive projects to completion.
  • Ability to think quickly and assimilate information to make sound business decisions
  • Excellent communication skills that enable clear understand of project status, key issues and actions
  • Ability to excel in a constantly changing environment. 
  • Advanced use of MS PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio
  • Ability to add value to project through business experience
  • Experience driving delivery of large, complex ordering / billing platforms valuable
  • Enterprise business markets experience valuable
  • Experience managing large software implementations valuable
  • Experience managing complex organizations as found in Fortune 500 companies
  • Proactive with clear demonstration of ability to make things happen
  • Demonstration of creative problem solving
  • Ability to interact with internal cross functional resources at both peer, subordinate and executive levels of the organization, while tailoring communications appropriately to each audience
  • Ability to interact with external partner, customer or vendor resources as required to implement a projects objective
  • Provide leadership in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) stage gate process and methodology.
