Understand the marketing and video strategies of Verizon Wireless, internal stakeholders and external entities to translate marketing strategies and video experiences into compelling digital user experiences that attract users and convert them into video customers.
Management of the Video team and ensuring associated deliverables for portfolio success
Establish technical specifications and coordinate publishing and quality assurance of video content and larger video marketing projects and goals.
Help define product roadmap including pricing, marketing, and new product development
New product development activities including requirements development, business case construction, application design (use cases, wireframes), user acceptance testing.
Act as liaison with stakeholder teams to manage competing priorities and ensure project milestones are completed within established milestones, deadlines, and budgets.
Responsible for lifecycle activities including resolving production issues, responding to customer care and other requests, analyzing and preparing reporting, analyzing market trends and actions of competitors, and developing action plans to exploit opportunities and close gaps.
Maintain and support additions, changes and revisions on a timely basis to all
Liaison with content and production teams to ensure high quality deliverables.
Provide leadership and deep technical and functional expertise to the teams.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree preferred in Fine Arts, Radio/Television/Film, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a project manager, marketing manager, producer, project manager at an online agency, or at a digital video company.
MBA strongly preferred
Five to seven years of product development experience preferred
Two or more years of wireless operator or OEM experience preferred
Mobile application design preferred
Experience managing technical projects preferred

Ability to develop strong working relationships and engage other teams across the organization without a direct reporting relationship.
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and quality practices and strong project management skills and sensitivity to time and deadline driven workflow.
Excellent knowledge of video industry and community.
