We are looking to hire for a full time Professional Services Consultant to join our growing team!  This is a full time hire and not a contract position.  This position is located in San Diego CA.

Job Description:

The Professional Services Consultant role focuses on building and nurturing customer relationships, earning their trust as a business advisor, and helping them to find solutions that address their fleet business needs.  The Professional Services Consultant provides strategic and objective consultative services to CXO-level customers, which assist fleet organizations in improving business productivity and fleet performance.


  • Strong business acumen to understand the customer’s needs and formulate effective solutions
  • Understanding financial, accounting, marketing, and operational functions and key business drivers
  • Maintain and develop regular contact with customers and liaise with them to facilitate most efficient delivery of Professional Services
  • Knowledge of the Fleet Management ecosystem; understanding common needs and challenges of fleets management, and staying up to date with current trends of the industry
  • Complete understanding of how Telematics can impact the customer’s business to reduce risks, reduce costs, increase jobs/work and become more efficient in how they operate
  • Thorough understanding of Networkfleet’s various departments / teams and the ability to utilize these resources in the best interest of the customer
  • Analyze and interpret customer’s fleet data trends and business insights using actionable graphical data visualization
  • Using customer data to provide recommendations and formulate action plans on industry best practices
  • Identify customer’s KPI’s and recommend optimization solutions of the fleet application
  • Duties include facilitating meetings; building positive relationships with clients, vendors and management; tracking documentation and data collection; creating presentations; and conducting customer interviews.



  • Experience with consultative methodology and client-facing customer service skills
  • Account Management and professional selling skills with strong business acumen
  • Experienced with data processing and data analytics; design, develop and configure trends scorecards, dashboards and graphs or charts
  • Be numerate with strong attention to detail
  • Project Management skills for successful project delivery
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Industry knowledge of Fleet Telematics strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
  • Be able to deal with various tasks at once and cope with pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
