This position performs broad professional/functional responsibilities in the areas of employee relations, benefits, compensation, staffing and other human resource functions, ensuring consistency in the administration of HR policies and practices. 

The incumbent manages implementation and roll out of new HR programs including (but not limited to) new hire orientation, benefit programs, compensation programs, etc.

Cultivates and maintains business partner relationship with clients. This position serves as primary Human Resources contact for the Huntsville, AL call center.

Develop, implement and measures strategic actions to support leadership development, employee engagement and optimal work environment in the Customer Service organization.

Creates and successfully executes staffing plans in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and other appropriate stakeholders.

Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships, and a problem solving approach to the resolutions of employee complaints. Serve as a contact for associates and leaders regarding employee relation’s issues/complaints.

Serves as an expert in documentation, and ensures that processes and changes to them are properly documented.

Ensure that matters relative to company compliance are handled appropriately and promptly received, addressed and resolved. Provide guidance to employees regarding the appropriate use of discipline or other corrective action and/or policy-practice interpretation.  Provide accurate and factual information for use in litigation and EEO cases. Researches, compiles and analyzes all types of information.

Monitors Affirmative Action Plans, working closely with all locations to monitor progress toward established goals based on under-utilized job groups.

Manage a team of HR professionals.


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or Industrial Relations. Masters degree preferred.
  • 6+ years relevant experience is required; at least 3 years in a Human Resources position. Working knowledge of employment law.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software.
  • Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and all levels of management and staff.
