The Customer Configuration Consultant is responsible for analyzing  third party feedback for mHealth products into specific enhancements to improve the product roadmaps and to fulfill customer needs.  Using Voice of the Customer feedback and other Six Sigma concepts, product ideas will be documented and prioritized based upon customer needs and Verizon business initiatives.  Third party relationships will be leveraged to obtain mHealth product feedback through clinical trials, surveys, interviews and other assessment tools.  Information will be used to create white papers, co-marketing and branding opportunities.  Based upon prioritization, some ideas will be used for future product enhancement consideration.  The Configuration Manager must be able to work cross-functionally with third parties including medical schools, mHealth Product, Operations, Implementation, VZW IT and CTO.  The candidate must be familiar with Agile methodologies and sprint workloads and determine if customer requirements can be fulfilled in defined implementation timelines.  The Configuration Manager should possess project management, product management, and resource assessment skills.   Requirements from third parties will be assessed to leverage similar requirements and to eliminate unnecessary changes that may not be strategic to the products.

The Configuration Consultant will manage project timelines, resources and budget and will identify risks.  Project updates will be communicated to the working team and executives regularly.  Issues will be escalated as needed and tracked to completion.  Regular meetings will be held with executive team members and project statuses will be provided.
