You will use functional expertise to act as an advisor to management and make recommendations on more complex projects. You will use professional concepts and company policies & procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems creatively and practically.

  • Creating ICM script editor components that includes data look up elements and dynamic formulas.
  • Able to translate business requirements into system specifications, design system, design reviews, and benchmarking of system performance.
  • Analyze, code, test, and debug the application
  • Develop scripts and tools that would help monitor the health and performance of the Call Routing Platform
  • Support the deployments and have capability to resolve the issues ASAP.
  • This developer position will participate in the development of a National Routing Solution for enterprise IVR (Interactive Voice Response).
  • Design, implement, test and support National Call Routing platform applications. This will include but not limited to, requirement review, document design, create test cases, package building, support SIT and UAT, support production deployment, etc.
  • Communicate/Work with clients as well as with off-shore development team in every phase of a project.
  • Performs a variety of activities in support of the functional processes, programs and/or services.  Work may include compiling and analyzing data, creating reports, providing information regarding function specific policies; tracking of processes & activities. May be involved in smaller projects or phases of a larger project. May provide some administrative support.


• B.S. or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in related discipline
• Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
• Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams
• Communication & stakeholder management skills
• Problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with ICM scripting
  • Core ICM and infrastructure skills
  • Understand and be able to use ICM Script editor and build call routing scripts end to end
  • Understand the CISCO ICM architecture in the infrastructure
  • Understand the reporting schema for CISCO ICM in the DB
  • Knowledge on Database DB2 or Oracle or SQL Server
  • Expertise on UNIX or Linux and Windows environment.
  • Strong Analytical Skill with good oral & written communication skill.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Knowledge in IVR applications using VoiceXML (VXML).
  • Genesys CTI / Routing
  • Experience in understanding the reporting structure of ICM especially using Webview reports
  • Scripting and XML experience
