Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned quota through cold calling and hunter-type activities.
  • Managing the growth of new prospective System Integrator, IT Service Providers and Consultants that will allow for better sales coverage
  • Help train partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities that will lead to successful end user sales.
  • Lead facilitator for communication between partners and VGW
  • Help facilitate resources from VGW for partners
  • Facilitate product and sales training to partners field sales/se staff
  • Drive product marketing, and demand generation activities with partners to accompany VGW products/solutions on partner’s website, seminars and tradeshows
  • Manage pipeline and forecasts activities through the use of
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR’s) and tactical performance reviews to ensure optimal performance with Sales Management
  • Strategic and Tactical plan execution – Teaming with partner to develop and execute both strategic and tactical plans necessary to exceed targeted metrics attainment levels for both revenue and non-revenue objectives.



  • 10 years or more of technology-sales experience with Channel Partners in the IT Infrastructure space
  • Outstanding Presentation, Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a broad range of infrastructure and networking technologies.
  • Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process. 
  • Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level.
  • Provide accurate forecasting to Reporting Manager regularly (
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team Success Factors.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • College degree strongly preferred
