Responsible for the monitoring, testing, maintenance and repair of infrastructure equipment and associated electrical, alarming and monitoring systems per specifications and operational procedures, in technical facilities and premium data centers. Responsible for maintenance and repair of the physical facilities structures, security and peripheral systems. Responsible for emergency power and physical facility remedies at all technical facilities, a first responder during natural disasters or any other facilities threat to network safety.

This job involves working with electricity (600V), and with hazardous materials, working at great heights and in adverse weather conditions. This job can involve extensive physical exertion, emergency responder variable conditions, extended overtime during emergencies, and extensive windshield time and travel within an assigned geography.  Ability to drive large pick-up trucks and tow portable generators up to 8,000 pounds.


Associates degree in HVAC and/or Power Systems and 4-6 years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Has earned at least one of the preferred qualifications certifications or related certification in an infrastructure related discipline.
Journeyman or Master Electrician
Generator Mechanic
Certified Refrigerant Technician
Valid Driver License with clean record

Must be able to pass DOT physical
