Under close to moderate supervision, this position performs relatively complex revenue related audits, issue research and resolution, complex and strategic project support, analytical assignments, and designs and prepares audits and reports as an Individual Contributor.  The majority of the functions performed will be to support the daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly audit functions within the billing revenue stream.  The position will also support the company’s efforts to comply with the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley.

  • Performs relatively complex audits to identify issues negatively impacting the billing revenue stream, and collaborates with management and process stakeholders to drive root cause identification and resolution of highly problematic issues and data. 
  • Researches records erring in the revenue stream and work with process owners to take corrective action to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Analyze multi-faceted issues submitted from partner organizations, and identifies and drives a solution to resolve the issue.  This includes coordination of software changes, rating corrections or service setup updates required, ensuring corrective adjustments are processed, and providing written communication of issue resolution.
  • Participates in new system or product implementations for complex and strategic initiatives, which includes participating in project meetings, defining audit and controls requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, updating audit documentation and processes as required.
  • Produces operational, ad hoc, and management reports
  • Develop and update tools, queries, and reports in conjunction with business changes
  • Assists management with internal, external, and Sarbanes Oxley audit activities. 
  • Partners with team members and management to identify and implement business improvements to achieve ongoing operational efficiencies.


  • Bachelor`s degree - generally requires BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize own work load and meet deadlines, be flexible, creative, resourceful, and able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities efficiently.
  •  Strong written and oral communication skills and Project Management skills
    • Experience in the communication industry
