Customer Loyalty Analyst

Responsibilities

This person will manage a variety of marketing communications, promotions adn other program operational initiatives. This person must work well under pressure and in a fast-pased environment. 

  • Participate in all activities involving the execution of initiatives, including
    • Tracking scheduled events
    • Proofreading copy
    • Reviewing and assisting in the development of BRDs
    • Developming creative mock ups and user experience or process flows
    • Coordinating the exchange of information among internal and external groups
    • Assist in program marketing
    • Assist in strategy development
    • Create and update program reports, defining KPIs and exeuctive reporting mechanism.  Maintan program Cost Benefit Model to track against objectives
    • Development of Powerpoint presentations for executive discussions, meetings and operational reviews
    • Research, review, and analyze competitive and industry information for the preparation of thought starters and presentations that can be easily be leveraged for our program
    • Assist with QA/UAT testing, as needed.  Assist with Testing new system requirements prior to release of new functionality to ensure the customer experience is superior.  Manage issues to resolution.  Must have ability to document issues, track solutions, followup with key stake holders and see effort through to resolution

Qualifications

  • Minimum BS Degree - Degrees with Business and Marketing a plus
  • Understanding of General Marketing Principals a must
  • 3-5 years Marketing / Customer Retention Expereince
  • Strong Project Management / Task Management Skills
  • Superior Excel and Data Analysis Skills
  • Experince with Customer Loyalty Programs
  • Experience in Advertising or Marketing Agency is a plus
  • Online Marketing a Plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Presentation skills are a plus
  • Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, apply good judgment and decision making to solve problems and think on your feet
  • Deadline driven and proven ability to deliver projects within budget
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Customer focused, positive attitude
