Responsibilities

As a Spec-Order Mgmt you will manage your orders from when it is received in the Center until it is up and billing. Track throughout the order entry and delivery process until revenue is fully realized, and keep customers and internal stakeholders updated on a regular basis. Work with technical/pricing expertise, Sales and/or the Customer to correct any incomplete Orders. Once Orders are clean, create orders via Smart Form submitted to Order Entry.

Take ownership of resolving any rejected Orders by working with the appropriate expertise across the International organization and/or the customer; Take Change Orders (including moves, adds and deletes) directly from customers and process that includes Customer Not Ready (CNR) and Customer Holds (HCUS).

Qualifications

Must be able to assist Management with gathering of information for Failure after Installs, Service Improvement Plans, Root Cause Analysis and other customer documentation.

Work closely with Project Managers that are assigned to deals to ensure that all activates are organized and prioritized in line with customer expectations. Attend meetings with the account team and customers to maintain strong business relationships and clear lines of communication. Engage in the weekly sales forecasting process to understand and plan workload well in advance of orders being signed.

The Specialist– Order Management (OM) has 3+ years of related experience. Working as a primary contact with Verizon’s customers during their project implementation with responsibilities that include; order entry, coordination with design and engineering teams, provisioning, logistics and scheduling, dispatch of technical resources, database management, and shipping and fulfillment. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members resolving more complex or technical issues as they become proficient in the company, its processes, systems and products.

Provides technical and/or analytical support to solve a wide range of complex issues/problems. Periodically makes recommendations that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area; works with limited supervision; typically reports to Supervisor (Band 7) or on occasion Manager (Band 6)
